Delivery and Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what to do in the rare case something isn't right.

Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping on all orders over $49. Below that, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also find tracking info in your account under "My Orders."

Returns — 15-day window

If something arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

For other returns, please contact us first at the email shown in our footer — we'll review each request individually and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

What to know before returning

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items can't be returned: personal-care products, bedding once opened, and items marked as final sale at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 15 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
