FAQ

Common questions about shopping with Avorelia. Can't find what you need? Reach out via the contact info in our footer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $49. For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee is shown at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. You can also find tracking info under "My Orders" if you have an account with us.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?

Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on eligible items, in original packaging and unused condition. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders easily and saves your details for next time, but it's optional.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we can usually update or cancel it. Once it's shipped we can no longer make changes.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We use SSL encryption on all pages where you enter sensitive information, and we never store full card details on our servers — everything goes through trusted payment processors.

How do I contact customer support?

Visit our contact page to send us a message. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
